Confidently cook sous vide style with 25 Quart and 10 Gallon FoodSaver Vacuum Sealing Bags. FoodSaver bags and vacuum sealers are ideal for sous vide cooking as they remove all of the air around the food to help lock in flavors and natural juices. To get started, vacuum seal your food in the FoodSaver bags, then place bags in water at any temperature up to 195°F (90°C) for as long as the recipe dictates. These bags are constructed of the same unique multi-layer material as our other vacuum seal bags and rolls, meaning food still stays fresh up to 5x longer than conventional storage methods!

Combo Bags

I like these combo bags. I usually get all quart size bags, but sometimes I could use a few bigger bags, so this was perfect. Very convenient to seal my meats and just take out the portion needed for a meal.

Bags burst at 185 or less, not 195.

Completely ruined my pork butt for the Super Bowl because the bag burst twice when I was running my Sous vide at 185. First it burst at the seal, then at the side wall. Extremely frustrated and lots of wasted money.
