Purchased a month ago seems a good quality product, if it lasts the two years then it will be. Is it making changes to my skin, maybe incrementally. Nice slim product easy to handle, several settings to target various skin issues.

Needs upgrade
I am in love with Foreo. However, it might be the time for this product for an upgrade. During treatment, I frequently push a button by accident and I have to constantly check whether I misset the settings. Also, the battery last for 1 or 2 sessions and you have to charge it for hours. Also, it is hard to turn it on. Even if the description says you have to push the universal button for 3 sec, it does not turn on. I have topisg it more times and for longer. Is my device having a bug?

Great little RF device
So far I'm really enjoying the FAQ, it's easy to use and clean. However, it's too early to see any results yet.

I bought this item 4 weeks ago. I was looking for an RF-device and did some online research first. Eventually decided to buy this item because the treatment time is so much shorter than all the other devices (in the same price range) I looked into. This probably has something to do with the large application head of the device, compared to other devices. You don’t really need the app to handle the device, except for getting the settings wright when you first start using the item and later for turning the pro mode on. The device is very user friendly, once you get the settings wright. Upon the first use I noticed my pores looked much smaller, a healthy glowing skin and a better complexion overall. After a few weeks of usage the results keep getting better, including a more defined jawline. Even in the morning before my skincare routine my skin looks great. I can’t wait to see what will happen when I continue the treatments for a longer period of time.

Disappointing. Bad manukau primer. Wand contact
I got the FAQ102. Used it one week so far, 3 times. I don’t expect to see results this fast so it is ok to not have results yet. I am not loving this product because I need to use a separate timer to guide myself for treatment and pause and switch to another mode while the primer dries instantly and has zero glide. I asked for help with this poor primer formulation and was told that I should not add water, should not use anything else. It is impossible to use their p1 honey primer. Just use more, the person said. I did use loads and still very poor glide . Another thing that is an issue for me is that my face has prominent bone structure and so the wand base at certain areas cannot be in full contact flat at all 4 points rendering it completely useless in many areas of my face. Sides of forehead where it curves, temples, my cheekbones as they are rounded. Basically anywhere with any shape and not a flat surface size matching the base of the wand. I love the bear and feel its effect and results very much. Even after a few uses. This has been a waste of money. The EMS seems same as the bear at higher intensity. I do think they need to list the current strengths for us to compare the two products. The bear is supposed to be much weaker with different purpose. Ems is meant to be stronger. But somehow I am not feeling it. The bear two point probes works way better for contact as well. I can’t get the faq to contact all 4 points most of the time. This company really needs to give more technical specs information. Strength of micro currents and rf temperature etc.

Another awesome Foreo device!
Very, very happy with my 101 - great results and still only using basic mode (I have done the training). I have some sebaceous hyperplasia and have been alternating between blue and red LED to treat this. I have noticed a marked improvement, and the bonus is that my skin is also looking more youthful! I have taken one star off because the instructions say the device should only be used with the FAQ serum, but there was none in the package - not even a tester. There was a sachet of Serum Serum Serum, though. Bought my device in the Black Friday early sale.

Device is locked on low EMS and RF
Its not a one time investment. Also in the app the purchase for the 14 monthly package to unlock it doesnt work Please help unlock those EMS and RF settings

I have unlocked the “Pro” feature and am using once a week as directed. My cheeks are definitely tighter and my skin looks good. I haven’t seen much progress with my neck, but I really just started so I can’t really say. I am looking forward to results
