I must say my mini Issa died after a few months and I was really relunctant to get a new Foreo toothbrush. But as my other Foreo products are amazing, I have it a chance despite the cost. And I am super pleased! It is working wonders and it is easier to hold too. Crossing fingers for a long life!

We are thrilled to hear you enjoy brushing with your new toothbrush :D If you feel like your Sensitive Brush head is too gentle, you can also try different brush heads with your ISSA 2 and find the one that best suits your needs. For example, the Hybrid bristles channel 11,000 high-intensity pulsations per minute to create micro-sweeps that effectively and gently clean the teeth and gums. Kindest regards :)

No sensitive replacement head
Wondering why there’s no sensitive replacement head when they sell a sensitive toothbrush . . .

Please note that we offer two types of replacement brush heads: the all-silicone sensitive ISSA ™ brush head and the ISSA ™ Hybrid brush head (consisting of silicone and PBT polymer bristles). In other words, please note that the all-silicone sensitive brush head is actually the 'regular' ISSA ™ brush head. Greatest toothbrush purchase!
This toothbrush is the most thorough toothbrush I have ever used. I use to use different types of electric toothbrushes but the bristles would be too strong, even when I used the sensitive brush head. The speed force would be too strong, even when I used the 1st speed which would be the lowest. My gums would bleed, they would be red and irritated. I would brush my tongue but still it would not clean my mouth thoroughly. This baby right here, has changed the game. My gums don't bleed, they are not red and irritated. My tongue is clean, my breath is fresh all day as a result.

Amazing toothbrush but...
I bought my first device in November 2020 and was very happy about it. It's the best toothbrush I've ever used because it cleans perfectly, it's easy to use, sustainable and gentle for my sensitive gums. However, my device suddenly stopped working after only 2 months use. I thought it needed to be charged only once a year. But I charged it fully, and was still unable to make it work! I did a warranty claim and got a very quick respond from the customer service which sent a new device within 2 days. So I got this new one in January 2021 and now (May 2021), I have the same problem!! I am very disapointed and hope that this time the device will work (if they send me a new one).

Great experience
I bought it a month ago and I am so happy and feel fresh for a longer time inside the mouth. Vibrating experience with proper timing and alarming is great.

Almost a 4⭐️
I’m happy that this product is more environmentally friendly than other electronic toothbrushes. But just the silicone head, does not clean the teeth well. I feel like for the very expensive price of this toothbrush it should be exceptional. Luckily the kit comes with another brush head that’s hybrid which cleans a lot better; though the bristles are not eco friendly.

If you don't feel like it cleans well, we suggest to set the higher intensity. Press the centre button to turn on your ISSA™ 2 sensitive and use the +/- buttons to adjust the intensity to your preferred setting. The ISSA™ 2 replaceable brush head's silicone and PBT polymer bristles are tough on plaque and gentle on gums for a more vigorous cleaning option. broken :(
i bought this about a month ago and it ended up working fine the first few days, but after that it started malfunctioning. it would turn on by itself and i couldn’t turn it off, or the light would turn on but the toothbrush wouldn’t vibrate. i don’t know what happened but it was way too expensive for it to not work like that. i hope mine was just a dud and this product actually works well.
