The delivery was rough, four out of five boxes were mildly crushed and we lost six glasses to chipping and shattering. They were labeled “fragile” but the delivery workers clearly didn't care. I would have preferred to pick up in store but that was not available for this product.

Not packaged well

The glasses are nice, packaging did not hold up. The box was marked fragile but one of the glasses shattered in transit so there were shards of glass everywhere.
