This cake plate will not hold a standard round cake! It's great if you are baking miniature cakes. Very disappointed.

frustrating

This item arrived and it was blue. The cake stand I bought should have been pink. Trying to chat online to get the correct item re-sent was an exercise in frustration. This may be a nice cake stand so the review is not about the quality. It is about Macy's not checking to make sure that the correct item purchased is what is being sent. As this was a gift for someone to match glassware that she already has, the mistake put a damper on what should have been a welcome surprise. And it arrived the day AFTER mothers day.

Dome broken

Stand intact and very cute, but some arrived completely shattered. Didn’t even open the box, as you can hear the fine clinking through the cardboard and tape. Unfortunate.
