Not Fortessa quality!

Very bad quality, defective Looks different than the one I have purchased on Fortessa website. They don’t look real, Please see pictures.. I will not buy from this website again. Was a gift and what a shame..

Knife a tad long

We purchased a total of 12 place settings. They look great, and feel good with good weight, but the knives are disproportionately long and heavy , which the teaspoons are disproportionally short compared to the rest of the pieces. If Fortessa could shorten the knives a tad it would be a perfect silverware set.

Knock Offs

I ordered the Lucca Faceted (3 sets) and expected them too look the picture on line! They did not. They were missing the monogram on the forks and knifes. They were Knock offs I have been told. I should have taken a picture. But, I was so upset I forgot and took them back the next morning. I just can't believe Macys did this! Very very disappointed in Macys. I have been shopping here for at least 40 years.
