Disappointed

I was so excited when I recieved the handbag, it's a really great looking purse. only problem was one one open pocket inside, which I could live with, but the strap was made of plastic. past experience with plastic straps are they don't hold up and crack. I decided to return.

disappointed

I like the body of the bag, however the strap is not genuine leather, so it looks bended and cheap. It won't last long as a daily purse. The bag I received was very obvious a returned product. There was someone else's dirty glasses cleaner cloth and pen in the inside pocket. Maybe Macy's can double check on their returns before selling again to the next customers. The previous owner had adjusted and set the strap at different lengths, so the strap looks warped and just cheap.

I love fossil, but not this one

I have always loved fossil bags and products. This was a replacement that I had for years. It wasn't as soft so it looks too big when full, I thought the brown was a little too dark and not what I was expecting. Sadly, I had to return.

did not like

Did not like at all as very slim design and not much storage for items. When I saw it initially I thought it is about wide enough to slide a stack of papers in it and I did not like the greyish color either. So took back to store since I had mail ordered it.......

Handbag ready for Fall

Always shop for crossbody bags - they are usually too small - this bag is the right size - cannot wait to use in Sep - I will be able to fit everything I want to have with me

Fossil is one of my favorite brands and with this purse it was great! soft Italian leather, not heavy or bulky. Fits lots of stuff!! Love this purse!!
