Fossil Rachel small leather Satchel black and Gold

It doesn’t come with the trade mark Fossil gold Key on the outside like showing in picture. I sent two Fossil pocketbooks back to Macy’s because of this reason third Fossil pocketbook still the same way. If you don’t mind it not having the gold key on the outside of the pocketbook. Then Its still a very nice Fossil pocketbook.

Great bag that fits a lot

I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. I had similar bag that was from a different brand and the strap broken after only 1 month. It was also stiffer and hard to get into. This one is better. It stays upright but soft enough to reach inside easily. Only issue is that the one I ordered was missing the fossil key decoration. Not a big deal but was a little disappointed.

Fossil Key is MISSING

Key is Missing. Returned to get a replacement bag. Same thing showed up—missing again. It’s a nice bag but Macy’s has dropped the ball twice on this one. Returning for good. Not buying again.

False Advertising

The purse itself is cute however it doesn’t come with the fossil key that is pictured. I ordered a replacement thinking it was a mistake but was told by Fossil that they aren’t doing the keys anymore. Very disappointing as that is how it’s pictured, and it changes the look of the purse without it.

Missing Fossil Key

I ordered this bag online and it arrived without the key. That's why the 3 stars. The handbag is beautiful, but I'm disappointed and returning it. I've already ordered another bag...hopefully it will arrive with all the pieces.

I like the item, but this is the second time that the key is missing, that's why I only give it a 2 star. I would give it a 5 star if the key is there.
