Received damaged

This necklace was damaged. The heart was tarnished and scratched. Disappointed in Macy’s.

two tone gold framed heart pendant

I ordered this item for an anniversary gift. Looked great in the picture. When I received it this item was the poorest quality I have ever seen from Macy's. I would not recommend this at all. It is just trash. Cannot believe that Macy's would promote such an item.
