Questionable Quality - Sole Cracked in Half

I love Franco Sardo loafers and have several atyles in different colors. This shoe is VERY comfortable. However, I purchased this shoe last year and only after a few wears, the entire front ball part of the sole cracked in half. I couldn't believe it! I have never experienced this issue with any other model will f/u with Franco Sardo as I believe this loafer is poorly designed.

Disapointed

I purchased these shoes in Oct. 2024 I've work them out maybe 2 times, however, I leave them in the office to wear occasionally at work. I noticed as I was walking in the office it felt weird towards to front of the foot. I took off the left show to look and sure enough the show has literally split. I will definitely be reaching out directly to Franco Sarto about this.

Balin loafer

Awesome true to size! I'm an EU 38, and the fit is perfect. I love the quality of this loafer, and the padding inside of the loafer is great! Love!

Balin Loafer in Midnight Patent Leather

This is my second pair of Balin loafers. The fit is true to size. I'm a EU 38, and the fit is perfect. These shoes are soft when you first put them on. The padding inside molds to your feet, which I love! I've read in some reviews that people had a hard time getting their foot inside the shoe. Easy fix, use a shoehorn! These loafers will stretch after a day's wear, and you'll appreciate the inside molding that conforms to your feet. I love this midnight navy blue color. It's gorgeous in the sunlight!

Sole cracks

I bought 2 pair already and same issue happened with the sole , it cracked after about 1 month using them .

Disappointed—Final Sale and Too Tight

I bought these based on the sizing of another pair of Franco Sarto lug sole loafers I own, but the sizing is inconsistent. The other pair fit well, but these are too tight—even though both were labeled wide. Unfortunately, I bought them on final sale and can’t return. Definitely size up—these are not a true wide fit. I wanted to love these. I do like the style. The midnight appears navy or black depending upon the light.

Run Way Too Big!

Love everything about these shoes EXCEPT, despite the description saying that they run true to size, they run way long! I wish I could exchange them but they were a final sale.
