Great quality, too tall, returning

Just got these in today. They are amazing quality but I will have to return as they are too tall for me. I am 5’2” and they hit mid knee cap which is definitely not comfortable. If you want to wear thick socks I would say size up. They were tight at the largest part of my calves which I believe are 14” and the details said the calf of the boot was 16”. I am obsessed with the style of these so I am sooo depressed. But #shortpeopleprobs.

sole should be better made

i absolutely loved the leather and the cognac color. the leather is great quality. the boot feels so comfortable on too. it is pretty snug on the leg though. definitely can't wear anything but stockings under it. definitely cant fit leggings under there. i barely was able to zip it. the problem is the poorly made sole and heel. it's made out of cheap material. the heel sounds hollow and definitely doesn't seem like it will hold up. so disappointing because its such a pretty boot.

Very happy with these boots

These boots are beautiful. As noted by other reviewers, they are very tall for knee-high boots and actually cover some of the knee cap, which has the effect of lengthening one's legs. I'd like to see how the leather holds up at the top of the boot once it breaks in. They are also quite comfortable. I am very pleased.

Look better than they fit!

The boots are gorgeous. Beautiful, rich, black leather, perfect heel. The problem I had was the shaft height. I do not have short legs - 31 inch inseam - and the boots hit right smack in the middle of my kneecap. Horribly uncomfortable. I mean, I know they are called high shaft boots, but I thought that meant knee high!

Nice looking boot unfortunately ill be returning as Its too small for upper part of my leg. Zipper stop half way up my leg.

So so bad

So disappointing. When I saw them online I fell in love but after receiving them I had to return immediately. These boots go way over the knee (I’m 5’6” so it wasn’t a height thing) and the calf width is MASSIVE especially since I didn’t purchase the wide calf ones (I don’t have incredibly skinny calves). I’ve never seen a boot look so weird…frankly just awful. Save your time and money….find a different pair of boots

I am so happy about my purchase. They are perfect, fitting is great, looking fancy. Love them.
