Strap across toes are defective - not even across

The shoes I received are defective. The first cross strap is not evenly across so makes the middle strap that should go up your foot very crooked. I am returning for a different pair. However, they feel like a cloud.

Not for people with skinny feet and ankles!

Wish the top straps would lay nicely on top of my foot instead of being way too big and leaving gaping open spaces! I also have a small ankle and the ankle strap barely fit on the tightest setting; there was barely any Velcro left after I tightened it all the way. A shame because it's actually a really comfy shoe heightwise + the padding is like a cloud on the soles of your feet! Will unfortunately have to return.
