Macys what has happened to you

Just received these Mary Jane’s planning on wearing them today and to my surprise they were returned previously already worn!!!!! Now I have to take them back to the store to return them. I have a black pair and loved these ,what a disappointment in Macy’s!!!

1 star due to shoe slipping off the back

Im a size 9.5 and ordered the same size. There’s great room at the toe section, but the back keeps coming off my foot- it feels like I’m walking with flip flops 🩴. I’m wearing them without socks and I’m concerned the shoes will release a foot smell bc it slips off every time I walk. I don’t know if a smaller size would make improvement to the back of the shoe.
