Pretty shoes, poor packaging

I ordered the shoes because the one's in Macys had stains on them. I received the new pair which look like the ones I tried at the store! The box was a mess, the stuffing and shoes jammed in the box without any care. I would really like a pair of these shoes, but not these stained ones.

Great flats

These are comfortable, I am a size 7 and these were true to size. I had no issues with the strap, I ordered a normal width, they were not tight at all.
