Very disappointed experience.

Very disappointed experience Macys did not ship the Tyla shoe ordered, instead Macy's sent customer a worn, used pair of another style shoe (Tiffany), not ordered.

Very pretty color and style BUT… the thick leather

The upper letter is too thick, not soft at all, I will return this,

cute but toe loop issue

I ordered black in 5.5 m. my usual size in Franco Sarto. Fit, but the toe loop is too tight. Could size up... Also realized they were not leather once I clicked the order button
