This is a Christmas gift and the recipient hasn't received it yet. However, I have had these since childhood when they were sold in the Chicago area by Marshall Fields. I'm glad Macy's has continued the tradition. The person I bought them for loves them, so this will be a great gift.

Shipping process was horrible.

Shipping was delayed and transferred to USPS. By the time it arrived, chocolate had melted and turned white in spots. Unsatisfied with this process. Never had Macy's let me down before. I love Frango chocolates but these would have been better if they would have been shipped properly and not transferred around. USPS does not care about packages. In addition, the oversized box that it came it was busted open and was very surprised the candy didn't fall out. Very disappointing!
