Frango chocolate late delivery

I ordered 4 boxes of delicious Frango chocolates. I received an email on 9/19 from Macy saying the delivery was late and I could return them The 2 Raspberry chocolate boxes arrived melted. I was at the door to receive them from the letter carrier, but they had been in transit to long. The dark chocolate boxes seems fine. I have tried online return and refused and cannot find any customer service link.

Over priced by far!

The chocolate is OK, a bit overly rich, but the price is far to high and better chocolate is available at half the price.

The candy arrived is a mass block of chocolate. Evidently it had melted in transit. Surely they would not be send it out like that

What a terrible JOKE! Not even dime store quality

All of the chocolate candies were melted together into one big chunk, and, the wrappers were nearly impossible to separate from the melted chocolates. I bought these for a gift for my 100 year old dad, who has been a customer of Macys since before they were even called Macys. He could not believe that we had bought such a hunk of junk from a store that he’s trusted for so many decades. This was the worse waste of money I’ve ever spent at what used to be a reputable store. I definitely recommend that you do NOT buy this product during the summer (and possibly even during the autumn) months! Beyond Dissatisfied.

Melted chocolates

This is the second time chocolates arrived melted. No more during ordering Frangoes during the warm months for me. First time i had to throw them away because thec paper was all inter-wined with the chocolate's.
