Best chocolates ever since i was growing up.. Wished the local stores would carry this size and prizes could be less expensive..

We have purchased Frango chocolates for decades! The online half-off ad was welcoming...we decided to have them sent to family. And decided to order our boxes to offer to holiday guests. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED when the TINY boxes arrived! Buyers beware. Frangos are over-priced for the very small boxes. We won't get "snookered" by such "sales" again!

I have loved Frangos ever since I discovered them at Marshal Fields and was so excited when Macy's took over selling them. They make a great gift and are very uniquely refreshing. I highly recommend Fangos in any flavor but the mints are the best.

Great product - terrible shipping / 0 customer svc
Macy’s put me in quite a bind and I’m disappointed in the brand. On Saturday Dec 6th I ordered several boxes of Frango’s for an out of town holiday party so our family could have a taste of Chicago goodness. I paid for express shipping to get the items guaranteed by Tuesday Dec 9th as reflected in the email I was sent confirming my order - this left me with a day of slack in case of delays. Just before leaving our house Thursday 11th mid-day I received an email from Macy’s that half my order would arrive later Thursday and that half of the shipment won’t even arrive until Monday of the next week. Needless to say, we did not have all the chocolate presents we bought for our out of town party. Worse was no answers by customer service to any of my emails. It is ridiculous to have paid for express shipping and not met the target either zero response to my emails. At the very least, I should receive my shipping back if not more compensation from Macy’s. Won’t order online again. Buyer beware.

Nice Treat
The candy was tasty. I was surprised that there were three 5.25 oz boxes rather than 3 1lb boxes. There are 15 mini pieces of candy in each box. I misread the description...but I am pleased with my purchase and would purchase it again.
