Huge disappointment in quality control

I've ordered these chocolates for Christmas for the last 5 years. This year's order was a HUGE disappointment due to quality control problems. The chocolates were melted together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had read several reviews this year that others experienced the same, but assumed quality control and returns were in place to correct his. Not so, the product may not be returned, and I'm stuck with an expensive ruined product. It's emabarrassing that I've given some of these as gifts already. BEWARE
