Disappointed

My order arrived later than expected and cannot be returned. I didn't realize we were getting small boxes of the mint candy. I was expecting the regular size boxes for the price.

False advertisement

Terrible, this box of three chocolates was advertised for the sam price as three 1 pound boxes. What came was 3 1/3 pound boxes. I decided to return these and now while doing the process it states final purchase not returnable. I will not order from Macys again.

Product Good, Customer Service Bad

Have many fond memories eating these Frango mints around Christmas as a BIG treat. I saw these for sale along with a free gift with purchase of a 32 piece box of Godiva as a Black Friday special. I didn't receive it. Had to deal with an AI bot for 10 mins. Got transferred and waited 20 mins for a customer service rep. She sent me a current URL link which did not list the Black Friday special - of course not! It was a week later. She told me she had no idea what I was talking about. Anyway, mints are still good - smaller but still good - but if you're expecting a gift with purchase, don't plan on getting it.
