Melted

The item took three weeks to get and looked like they were melted, and and frozen by the time I got them. Ended up, throwing them in the trash.

Horrible packaging!

The packaging looks cute with its Christmas tree design, but the packaging is horrible. Do not open from the Christmas tree side (the top cover) like you would any other box of chocolates, because the bottom falls out and the chocolates fall all over the floor. I happened to open my box in a public area, and all my chocolates fell onto a dirty floor and I couldn’t salvage them. Very disappointed, because I love Frango mints.
