Disappointed cancellation

Macy's is usually a 5-star company and I shop a lot there. However, it's 2 days before Christmas and they just let me know that my order made 5 days ago is cancelled. Now what do i do? Macy's let me down this time.

Another Frango gift canceled

I cannot count how many times in the past week that Macy’s has canceled Frangos that I sent to family. This one, canceled two days before Christmas, was to replace other Frangos that were recently canceled. A mediocre store with horrible customer service. Will not shop here again.
