Still not delivered

Still have not received this item it is out for delivery. Also ordered two other items all of which were promised for 3 to 5 days for delivery but still have not shipped. They do not keep their delivery promises.

Do not buy Frango Candy!

Bought 4 boxes a couple weeks ago to send to a recipient for a very important event. ON THE EVENING OF THE PROMISED DAY OF DELIVERY I got an email from Macys saying delivery delayed FIVE DAYs! Not in time for event, no time for any kind of a gift replacement, and now a box of candy will sit unattended on his front porch when finally delivered as he will be out of town then for a week. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN
