Fraudulent cancellation

Macy's fraudulently cancelled my order for these chocolates in a tin. I had a $10 coupon that expired at the end of the year and was able to place an order for the chocolates in the tin with no complications. Then 10 days later I was notified that the order was cancelled for low stock. However, when I went to the website there was stock available that I could add to cart. I called customer service to restore my order and then the item was out of stock and so I asked for this item as a comparable replacement at same cost (I was fine not having the tin, just wanted the same kind of chocolate). They said they could not fulfill my order because of the low cost of the original order and offered to charge me $18 additional for this as a replacement. No thank you, Macy's is fraudulent and has been scamming customers like this repeatedly rather than invest in good inventory systems or functional loyalty programs.

Frangos packaging is different

Took a long time to get them. When did packaging change and why? They are not individually wrapped, which limits taking a couple in my pocket. Is number snd size of pieces or weight same or different. Price is significantly higher?

Great Gift

Purchased as a Christmas gift for a friend who loves Frango Mints. I put a bow on the beautiful, pre-wrapped box and she didn't recognize what it was. She loved it.
