Frango Mints Make My Holiday Special

Frango Mints have been a favorite of mine since I was a little girl. They are always a part of my Holiday. These went so quickly I had to order more. I always make sure to buy my first box after attending the Holiday Brunch at Macy’s. This is a tradition that has been in our family as long as I can remember. As important as putting up the Christmas Tree. The flavor is always delicious and consistent. Frango has made my Holidays special every time.

Fraudulent cancellation

Macy's fraudulently cancelled my order for these chocolates in a tin. I had a $10 coupon that expired at the end of the year and was able to place an order for the chocolates in the tin with no complications. Then 10 days later I was notified that the order was cancelled for low stock. However, when I went to the website there was stock available that I could add to cart. I called customer service to restore my order and then the item was out of stock and so I asked for this item as a comparable replacement at same cost (I was fine not having the tin, just wanted the same kind of chocolate). They said they could not fulfill my order because of the low cost of the original order and offered to charge me $18 additional for this as a replacement. No thank you, Macy's is fraudulent and has been scamming customers like this repeatedly rather than invest in good inventory systems or functional loyalty programs.
