Bought it but haven't received it yet

Very disappointing. I ordered an advent calendar on Nov 26th. It is now Dec 10th and I still don't have it. I received an email stating that they would be arriving late on Dec 15th. That email said they can't cancel the order, but after it gets here I can return it. What a waste of time. If they know they can't get it to me, let me cancel the order because getting an advent calendar 10 days before Christmas defeats the purpose. So now I'm going to have to spend time returning something that they knew would not get here in time. I don't understand why they wouldn't just let me cancel it since they had not shipped it yet.

Disappointing Quality

Some of the candies had wax on the surface of the candy. These pieces must have been exposed to heat and the wax leached onto the surface. The pieces of candy are very small and not fyll sized Frangos.

Great Way to Welcome Christmas

My young grandson is enjoying opening the little door each day to mark aeach day closer to ChristmasBUT he did not like the flavor of the chocolate (& he has liked other chocolate). So great idea, choc. quality not so good.
