Disappointing

Yesterday I received an order that was for Frango Mint Coffee. These where for Xmas gifts. Two of the three bags where has hard as a rock. The best by date on two of them was two weeks before Xmas. AND FOOD ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED? NOT GOOD....
