Car is great. Disappointment is wrong color..

This is my 2nd purchased of the Freddo Swing Car. Requested 2 yellow and received 2 blues. I am so disappointed. It's too difficult to return. Why can't they get the simple color right?

Bad Service

The swing car itself has no issue but I’m so disappointed about Macy’s service. I ordered a blue one but shipped me a red one. I contacted the CS and returned the red one. They reshipped me another one but still the red. Again, I contacted the CS and they helped me return the red one and I repurchased the blue one. However, when I received it, still be a red one. So they never ship me the right color. I was so disappointed and wasted so much time to contact them and bring the wrong item to return.

wrong color

I ordered a blue color and they sent me a red one and also defective. No instructions no manuals anything that you ensure the safety of my child. Very disappointing!

Wrong color

Order a red swing car and received a yellow one. It also was missing the tool for putting one of the parts on. Macy's stated we would have to ship it back at our expense and they would ship another one. It was for our grandson's birthday so that wasn't an option.

I haven't received this car yet is over a month and then i ask chat online they just keep said sorry i can't understand bla bla... Unhappy not recommend for this product 😡😡😡

wrong color

Ordered 2 of these in Blue but both came in red. This seems to be a common occurrence. No time to send back since they were Christmas gifts. Not ok just to send wrong color to get rid of inventory! Having issues with steering wheel not locking in, kids can pull it straight out.

Still Haven't Received Correct Product

I would love to review this product, but we've yet to receive the right one. Our first shipment did not arrive. Then with the 2nd, they sent the wrong color. Still waiting on a replacement now which will hopefully arrive before Christmas, and hoping the color is correct this time.
