Canceled and not offered a replacement

This beauty bonus was offered if you spend over $75 on beauty, only it never arrived. When I went to check on that package it said "Canceled" with no explanation and there was not another beauty bonus that was offered. So much for buying an extra product to get the bonus, this is the second time this has happened at Macy's and one time at another leading department store. Disappointed in all of Macy's customer service lately The last 3 visits to the stores were nightmares, where an associate charged me 5 times for an single item and then was denying it to my face and the printed receipt. Then not being able to return something 1 day after the return date, like does 30 days count the day you bought it or not? A true customer service associate would know to be gentle and say it's fine to return, not be rude and yell "next" in line. That's why I started buying online. I don't want stores to go out of buisness, but when both online & in store are bad... it screams bankruptcy.

Nice free gift

Free gift came with a nice cosmetic bag along with samples. Alot better quality than what was received from Lancome as a free gift with purchase.
