Great jacket, but sleeves ripped after first wear!

I ordered a size large and it fit perfectly. It looks like heat quality and I was pumped to receive it as a gift. Then, the sleeves ripped after first wear near where it attaches to the other layer I didn’t do anything that should have resulted in this!

Where's The Big & Tall 3-in-1s????

I gave a 4 because I have a 3-in-1 from about 7 years ago and it's still very good. The inner lining jacket ripped, but whatever. . . My wife sewed it up and it's all good. . . Here's the issue. . . I am 6'6", 275 lbs. . . . And my arms are longer than or as long as the legs of some average-sized men. When I bought my original FC 3-in-1, there were MANY big & tall 3-in-1s available. . . Now???? NOTHING. . . You don't even know how extremely frustrating that is! Why would you stop selling something like that? There is a LARGE market for big & tall people! But you all listened to some "market analyst" tell you something different, wrong and STUPID. . . I love your products. . . I'm about to buy some gloves for my girls, JUST BECAUSE. . . Advertise your big & tall better and big and tall men WILL COME! You all generate stupid TEXTS ALL THE TIME, ANYWAY. Matter of fact, as I was making this message a stupid text came thru!!! ADVERTISE BIG & TALL! It's not rocket science people! But stop excluding an ENTIRE DEMOGRAPHIC of people! I would say find a basketball and/or football player and ask them to ad for you, but the second you get a bit of attention, you'll get your rear end on your shoulders and think you can raise the prices on you stuff by 6,000%. . . That would be a BIG MISTAKE. . . Bring back the dog on big & tall 3-in-1s and stop playing silly games!

3 in 1 for a non skier.

The 3 in 1 feature was a primary need and the fit and comfort are notable. Top it off with catching it at a good discount price & I'm very happy with the coat. Time will tell how durable it proves to be.
