Sent wrong size

I ordered a size up (large) based on other reviews but was sent a size medium. The jacket IS snug, especially across my shoulders and chest, so I coukdnt wear it with bulky sweaters or layers. Like a lot of people though I'm working on dropping a few pounds so it would work when I succeed. Other than the wrong size issue it is a beautiful casual jacket in a true deep black. I also love the feminine cut, the drawstring waist adjustment and the warm cuff feature. OK, I just talked myself into keeping it, lol.

Wrong size x2

I ordered size large x2 and received medium x2. The company told me it was a UPC problem? I asked to have them send me a large and was told they have large in stock and then never heard back from them and never received the replacement jacket. I am very disappointed in their customer service and will never purchase from this seller again.

I love this jacket. Beautiful rich color, great quality, and I love the adjustable bungee for the waist because the medium fits me big and this makes it look smaller in your body. I wish the long jackets had that option as well

Comfortable fit, I had to exchange from a medium to large so it would fit better around the chest and back area when zippered. The large also had more length on arms. I can now fit sweatshirt underneath if needed.
