Nice for school layering and casual workplace!

True to size with a taller fit. Extra long sleeves really don't work for me at 5' 3''. I always roll them or scrunch them up to avoid looking awkward. Otherwise, I think the material and details are gorgeous but subtle, and the slim fit makes this excellent for all types of layering. It's not super warm, works better for Fall/ Spring and indoor wear than as a traditional thermal.
