Not Great

It doesn't hold shape at all and when it got here, it was very hard to zip up and one of the neck flaps wouldn't stay out. It was really weird looking. The only thing I liked about this jacket is the way it looks from the back, but that just wasn't enough for me.

Great jacket.

Unfortunately I ordered a size up thinking it would run small and too short just looking at the model photos. I ordered the L and actually would fit a 12-14. the quality is so great it’s buttery soft and comfortable to wear. And falls right at the waist. I’ll have to get the M!
