Fit is a small, normally a 26 had to wear a 27.

I wanted a jean shape that was modern with an edge to it. Love the wash and frayed bottom & great with cowboy boots and a leather moto jacket

Sizing off

As most of free peoples jeans the sizes are all over the place. I HIGHLY recommend trying on in the store. I got 2 different colors (black and blue) and the fit is completely different. I'd seen these on social media several times and was excited when they went on sale. However my somewhat curvy booty has a VERY hard time moving around in these. They're wide in the leg, super tight in the hips and low waisted.

Heavy, unforgiving denim

These unfortunately were not a good fit for my body type and seemed to run small. They are high rise, not mid rise and the denim was very thick and stiff. Had to return.
