Bad customer service

I bought this shirt online to pick up and when I got it, I tried it on. It was humongous, and I noticed that I can’t return it but when I bought it, it never said that the shirt was not returnable so I’m very disappointed in their customer service. They should tell you when you’re buying the shirt online that it can’t be returned but now I’m stuck with an ugly shirt that’s two sizes too big even though it’s a size small.

Sent the wrong top

I ordered this Henley and received a totally different top ! It’s great and I’m keeping it but do better Macy’s I really wanted the top I ordered
