It’s not as it seems

Product looks fancy but the brush is too thick and not easy to apply. It stays put all day but you risk ending up with eyebrows looking like a ventriloquist.

Order incomplete

This product looks acceptable. However, the reason for the 2 stars is due to the careless way of shipping the order. I ordered 2 but received only 1 and in a box that could be easily hold 2 since the product is little. I called Macy’s and I’m still waiting for a replacement or a refund. I was explained that this product doesn’t come from Macy’s but from a third party. I will pay attention next time I place any order from Macy’s and I will not order from third parties.
