TWO WRONG SIZES SENT!!

After waiting additional time to even receive these TWO fairly expensive pairs of upgraded flip flops, whoever sent them apparently cannot differentiate the number size SIX (6) ORDERED from a number size NINE (9) RECEIVED. To make matters worse, the 2nd pair purchased in this same order & ALSO ordered in size SIX (6) AGAIN was sent as a size NINE (9). Waiting extra time to receive TWO wrong-sized pairs of shoes is awfully irritating. If someone cannot differentiate the number SIX (6) from the number NINE (9), they should not be packaging purchases. Now I have the added inconvenience of not only the extended wait time to even receive the order in the 1st place AND THEN the ADDED INCONVENIENCE of returning the items due to Macy's negligence. This carelessness is exactly why Macy's is likely going out of business. It's very disappointing,
