Two Colors I Ordered & One I Did Not

I love this feminine pump, so I bought it in patton white, taupe, and burgandy. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in a 9 1/2, so they just sent me the leopard print. I threw away the box, so I guess I'm stuck with with them.

Horrible shipping problems

I ordered the shoe in March in a size 7 and a week later I received a size 6. Reached out to vendor French Connection with no response. I then reached out to Macys customer service where I had to return shoe obviously. It was just very inconvenient to have to go to print my own label and go to UPS. I was told I would get a refund and had to re-order the shoes which I did because I really wanted them for an event I had coming up. I ordered them May 13 and until this day, April 7th no shoes. It says it shipped, but has been in same location since the day I ordered them. I never wrote reviews, but this is just so upsetting. Makes me want to cancel my credit card and never shop here again. Beware of ordering any French Connection products.
