Uncomfortable top of boot cut into my skin

The shoe fits true to size but is uncomfortable around the ankle area.

Cheap

I didn’t listen to the previous reviews and I feel like they’re telling me “ I told you so” . The advertised booties had like a texture the ones I received were completely different and they look cheap. I normally wear a size 8 in close shoes, however, these were at least 1/2 number big. Returned :(

what I got was plain smooth black.. it doesn’t have the texture shown in the photograph! and it’s a last call item!! common macys!! if you want to sell it for final at least advertise it well! ! I don’t want to keep something I didn’t want at the beginning!

Highly Disappointing

Highly disappointing! It is not all like the description and the photographs. It doesn't have any texture, it runs plain. Secondly, the size mentioned is US 6 ( 9 inches) but in actual is is larger in size and it is mentioned on the shoes itself. This is clearly misrepresentation of product to sell as the product non returnable

Very stiff and large with a big gap in the back of the boot.

Nice boots!

I really like these boots. I purchased these at the same time as some Calvin Klein ones that were a little higher up. Those came first and I regret not waiting for these to arrive before I wore the other ones. I prefer this better. I have small ankles and these were a great fit! I didn’t mind that these were the textured ones in black. I preferred the smooth leather. They even have a flap that hides the zipper. I don’t want to have two pair of similar boots but...these are a winner and I might still keep them!
