Incorrect Online Description

The online description is completely wrong - it states that the lining is 100% cotton. However, no lining at all. The skirt is completely see through and not wearable at all. Where is the lining??? It is marked as a final sale and not returnable.... now it sits in my closet as a piece of garbage.
