did not get refund

Wanted to like the coat but it was very boxy. This is a third party vendor and item was returned but it’s been over 7 weeks and item still has not been refunded to my credit card. Have tried to contact them through Macy’s but they are a third party vendor so Macy’s can’t do anything except send them a message to refund me and I have to contact them myself too. But they have not returned any calls or messages which is not good customer service. They have the returned item but I have no refund. So beware when you purchase from this vendor
