Poor construction

The flatware is beautiful, but when I picked up a fork for example, it had rough edges that stick out. Not all the flatware is like this, but it has been poorly put together. I was really excited when it arrived until I handled some of the flatware. Sad... Some of it is actually sharp.:-(
