I think the item could have been quite nice

I’ve arrived improperly packed, so dishes were broken and items were all over the box. So I will be returning to Macys and we’ll see what’s what

poor quality and damaged.

This is knock out and has a poor quality that very thick grip can't get foods. Moreover, came with damaged package that two sauce was broken missing.
