Lenox Santa Sled

It was just delivered right now on the 16th, too late for my purposes! I ordered it on 12/3. It is very lovely, but now I will keep it for myself. When I tried to cancel it because it was so late, I couldn't cancel it. Very poor customer service in total! I was told I could not cancel the order.
