This is what good looks like

This is my third pair. Great look, quality and fit. Everything you expect from Frye brand and name. One qualifier, these should not be considered true day to day wears as I believe they are not and did not purchase them as such. Seasonal stylish slip on that you can use to dress up or down.

Good looking but low quality

Shoe is good looking, nice and casual, but low quality. The sole is coming apart on the heel. I have purchased these shoes in March right before covid shut downs. I just started wearing them regularly a couple weeks ago and the heel is coming off. To late to return, but that shouldn't be happening.

Poor quality and even worse customer service

Something has happened to the quality of the product here. I get defects in every boot and shoe.
