Dissapointed for no size-exchange on final sale :(

Hi Frye team, I bought two pairs of boots and I love them, and I would be a long time customer. However I bought 1 pair on final sale and if I could exchange the size I would be forever grateful! Please let me know if this is possible. As of now I would not recommend, but if your team goes above and beyond— I would happily speak praises about Frye boots and spread the word!

Read before you buy

As an owner of 9 pairs of Frye boots, trust me when I say these boots are not good. They run extremely small. And the spar of the toe makes the boots look like corrective shoes. So if you want to park in a handicap space at the mall but don’t have the tag. Wear these boots and everyone will think you’re crippled.

Tyler Chelsea

The insole wore out after wearing about 15 times. Also the inside lining was worn out with 3 inch hole. Would not accept return. Would not give any stars at all for this boot. Will never buy Frye again.
