I've never owned a pair of Frye boots but I've always heard good things about them. Still I'm a "show me" type of person. When I opened the box I was amazed. The color of my boots is so cool- SMOKE is such an unusual color. It gives off a vintage-y vibe. I was expecting a grayish color, but they are a brown shade almost dusty looking. I walked around the house in them. They are sleek and comfortable and look fabulous on my feet. They are lined in leather and have a metal zipper. I didn't want to take them off.
