Deceptive Shipping information

Gift for Christmas that hasn’t arrived yet but when I purchased it they said it would be delivered before the holiday. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t have purchased it knowing it wouldn’t arrive in time.

Kenneth Cole backpack has zipper issue

I have had the backpack since October 2025. It’s now mid December 2025. The zippers on this backpack are not high quality. Three times the zippers have literally come unzipped as I have been walking with the backpack on my back and my belongings have fallen out onto the street! The pocket zipper has completely broken! Will be contacting customer service as this experience has been disappointing.
