Returned-board was textured, not solid and flat

The ironing “board" is a mettle honeycomb type shape that is covered by a thin pad, so you can feel the texture of the honeycomb holes even when running your hand over the board. It seemed that the surface not being flat would make it impossible to get a flat ironed look on clothing so I returned it.
