Warning do not purchase

Terrible experience. I was charged for an item that was never delivered, and after waiting an entire month with zero updates, I had to reach out myself just to get a refund. No explanation was ever provided. The customer service is awful — it honestly feels like a scam. Absolutely ridiculous. Be warned.

Don’t do it!!! Find a better option.

The auto timer does not work! Blanket does not shut off as stated in manual. I called the company for support and it is a joke (not funny)! I will be returning it this week. Oh and it doesn’t fit a king bed - so small that there is no overhang on the sides. It is more like a queen.

It's absolutely beautiful

First time I've had an electric blanket and it is wonderful. So comfy and warm. The sherpa is to die for!

Heads up, a king is a california king

The blanket works well and the wires are unobtrusive and barely detectable, which were my top criteria. The waffle side is very attractive and the sherpa side extremely soft. However the blanket is actually California King which is longer but narrower than desired king size. As such it does not drape over the bed sides and only covers the top. The waffle side is attractive enough to sub for a bedspread but wont serve that function due to the width. That said, the blanket covers the sleeping surface, works great since we keep a regular blanket undeneath. Heat controls are basic but able to set as we need. One star deducted for size discrepancy.

Disappointing

Very small, ordered a king and it does not come close to fitting a king sized bed. Material is scratchy, not plush. I would not buy this again.
