Color slightly different from picture

I've returned this item. There was nothing wrong with it, quality was good, however the color is slightly different from the one pictured. The cats are brown but they look grey in the picture. I have two grey cats, so hence me buying (and returning) this ornament. The center of the ornament is pretty gold as well. Doesn't look as gold in the picture. At the end It was not what I was looking for so I returned it, but there was nothing wrong with the item or it's quality.

Poor Artistry

The appearance of this ornament is not nearly as good as the picture displayed on the Macy's website. I realize this ornament is "hand painted" but there was red paint as well as the white "snow" material all on the gold face of the ornament. It looks like a child tried to paint this ornament. The artistry is sloppy and this item is definitely going to be returned. I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift. Incredibly disappointed.
